The individual parts of a bicycle may be interesting to look at and hold in the hand but on their own, they aren’t much use.

Only when connected do they demonstrate their interdependence by forming a machine with design, function and purpose. No single part, or group of parts, seeks to dominate or impede another, recognising that they are all essential and by pulling together in harmonious equality the challenge of riding to the top of a mountain will not be insurmountable.
